Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality real estate media services and ensuring a seamless experience for all our clients. To ensure availability and smooth scheduling, please review our booking policies below. 1. Booking Confirmation Once you book a service with us, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment, including the date, time, and service(s) selected. Please review the details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any changes required. 2. Rescheduling Policy We understand that schedules can change. If you need to reschedule, we are happy to accommodate your request at no additional charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $50 rescheduling fee, unless rebooked at the time of cancellation. 3. Cancellation Policy • Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance: No charge. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled booking time. • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment: Cancellations without rebooking will incur a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel and rebook at the time of cancellation, no fee will be charged. 4. No-Show Policy If you fail to be present at the scheduled appointment time without prior notification, you will be charged the full cost of the service booked. In the case of no-shows, the appointment may be rescheduled, but a new booking fee will apply. 5. Weather or Unforeseen Circumstances In the event of inclement weather or other unforeseen circumstances that may affect our ability to provide the service (such as heavy rain or equipment issues), we will notify you as soon as possible. In these cases, rescheduling will be done at no additional cost. 6. Payment Terms Full payment is due upon completion of services. You will receive an invoice via email, and payment can be made online through a secure payment gateway. We reserve the right to adjust this policy as needed and appreciate your understanding.
